In just two generations, many of us have lost our 'villages', TRUE Tribe is here to welcome you into ours.
Navigating post natal depression, a break down and being a full time home maker felt lonely and hard for me. Since leaving Mormonism in 2021, I have felt a HUGE chasm of loss; a one mind community that spans generations and walks of life. I have felt that loss for myself and for my children every day.
I am pining for a village again, of shared wisdom, belonging and where we are all helping each other through- and so TRUE Tribe is born. Before we can help anyone else, we must address ourselves in truth and courage. So I am extending an invitation to you- join my Tribe and let’s enjoy more fun, love, peace and all round fulfillment together.

What to expect:
We will meet monthly in person (Norwich, UK).
You will be warmly welcomed into this transformative workshop led by me, Cassie Watts, where we'll explore practical tools to help you live by your own compass, enjoy more fulfillment in the successful life you've created and have a deeper connection in your relationships.
We focus on the self so you can show up as the parent, person and business owner you want to be.
Connect with like-minded, truth seekers through group wisdom and shared experiences while enjoying delicious, nourishing snacks and revitalising drinks.
So we can be fully present, this is a phone and alcohol-free space.
