Hello! I'm Cassie

I am a mother to four tweens/teens but most of all, I am me.

I am spontaneous, I love being outside in the wild and I am not a fan of being tied down to a maxed out schedule.

I am fun and try not to tale myself too seriously, I love a good patisserie and I can't eat salad that isn't fresh.

I would rather have my hands in the mud than a manicure  and getting lost the woods is a challenge that gives me all the feels.

I am passionate about showing people their true value, I love travelling and I loathe being idle (unless I'm doing it intentionally, in which case I love it!)

 I believe #1

We get one life so let's take every opportunity to have more wealth, love, fun & freedom. YOLO!

 I believe #2

We always have a choice & deserve to have a deep sense of belonging with unconditional love

 I believe #3

We all have the right to live in a way that we choose; free from generational pain patterns & unrealistic expectation

I am youngest child of 6, born to fun, kind, quirky, caring parents. I grew up in a home where we were dedicated to our religion. For as long as I can remember, I've been called 'trouble' and 'whirlwind' or labelled 'too much', maybe tongue in cheek but it stuck and I knew there was truth in there somewhere. I always felt different, and shaking things up was what I was born to do. I wasn't built 'that certain way' that everyone else seemed to be able to submit to.

I got married when I was 19 and I fell pregnant 5 months after that. Within 4 years, we had 3 more children.

Since leaving my membership of that religion, I've had to learn to live autonomously and learn a new way of discovering who I am and what I really stand for.

I am blessed enough to have always been surrounded by people who love and care for me. Family we are born to and/or family we create can teach, nurture and build us up.

Being married at 19, and having 4 kids under 5 by the time I was 25 was HARD. I had to grow up really fast and before I felt ready to but being a mother saved me. I had little people beyond myself to think about which gave me focus. Having them encouraged me to want to do better.

I fell in love with self-development when I read 'The Anatomy of Peace' by The Arbinger Institute and listened to 'The Big Leap' by Gay Hendricks 8 years ago. It was as though a light bulb went on in my head and I became a self help, audible and 'I am going to be better' junkie. This had it's down side, it ended up feeding my feelings of not enoughness.

I wanted to heal the generational patterns of trauma so I didn't keep passing it down to my children. I had a profound experience meeting my past, head on. This led me to train in Rapid Transformational Therapy and currently training to become a Big Leap Coach (yes from the book I mentioned above!) so I could provide the same for other people. I'm a determined little beasty and it was time to start living the live I had on my vision board...

This work has led me to;

  • attract and find my 'inner circle' of ride or die friends and we all know how fun and heart healing they are!
  • sell most of our belongings, plus our home in Wales to take our kids travelling to 8 countries in 5 months and be 'houseless' for 8!
  • relocate across the country for our kids to attend a school, even though we'd never been there (hello intuition!)
  • leave a religion that I no longer felt aligned or had belief in
  • love myself more deeply so I can soak it up every time something awesome walks into my life (instead of repelling it)
  • create and grow a business that is having 'that' butterfly effect on the world
  • go from imagining the worst possible outcomes and what it would feel like to drive off a bridge to living to expecting incredible things to happen and wanting to say 'Heck yes!' to life and the opportunities it brings my way!

From a young age, I've been taught the value of helping people and it's now the foundation of my business. I love being around go getters and have natural skills in helping them to see their own worth and potential. I love the feeling of using my own experiences to show others that they too can learn from limiting beliefs (not being held down by them) and really live the adventure a strong and independent mindset provides.

I love challenging the status quo and questioning the construct of one's inner beliefs. There is such joy that comes with the liberation of living by your own compass, it requires letting go of the constraints you have been bound by. It takes huge courage and determination. I feel so passionate about walking the path myself and leading others on it too.

The world needs you to heal from your past & own your stuff so you can live in your potential. Because when you do, you unknowingly commit to being a positive impact for those around you.

You become a world-changing, high-vibration, love fuelled, aliveness addict sprinkled with success magnetism. Lighting the life of everyone you come into contact with is the natural flow of . You may be scared of challenges or obstacles that arrives one you start this inner work but you're more scared of the cost if you don't do it. You know there is more and you're determined to have it and most importantly, to share it.

I'm ready to feel enough and be seen
