On our little hilltop, you will find ten beautifully hand crafted, western red cedar hot tubs and "proper" Finnish dry barrel saunas. Cold showers, plunge pools, hot showers with toiletries, fresh air, rolling countryside views and the sound of the crackling fire complement the experience. 

Inhale the steam, exhale your stress

Steam has an incredible effect on the human body.  Immersing yourself in one of our open-air, wood-fired, red cedar hot tubs can boost circulation, ease stress and anxiety and deeply calm your muscles.

Release endorphins and feel energised

Time in the Sauna stimulates the release of happiness hormones. Rejuvenate and unwind in our authentic wood fired Finnish barrel saunas.  Options include our Hilltop Sauna overlooking the rolling countryside or relax in the quiet surroundings of the Waterside Sauna, hidden amongst trees overlooking water.

Our Hilltop Bistro menu is ever-changing, reflecting the seasons in our garden and the fresh produce available to our chefs. Wholesome food, PAUS. grown veggies and fireside feasting. Our European-inspired, warming menu is bursting with love for seasonal, home-cooked meals. Fill your bellies and your souls.

Our menus are crafted using seasonal PAUS-grown vegetables, whenever possible. 
From seed to harvest, we cultivate the finest produce, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and bring you the freshest flavours.

Embrace the sensations

Get playful in the one-kilometre barefoot trail, it's a great way to ground yourself and have fun. 'Earthing' is proven to ease stress, soothe anxiety and encourage restful sleep. Close your eyes, meander across dewy grass and enjoy feeling different natural, recycled materials underneath your toes, Embrace the messy mud, tingling gravel and warming red cedar sawdust.

At PAUS. we encourage you to leave your mobile phones in the lockers, take a break from screens and connect with the environment around you. Walk with loved ones, or take some quiet time out for yourself. Whichever path you choose, enjoy the simplicity of the moment.
